您好，关于tomcat控制台报错该如何改（包括应用各种框架、组件报的错），强烈建议明日科技能出本这方面的好书详述（急需）。如Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx]

一是根本看不懂报错信息，二是不知该如何改（如jar包重了或没有，可我检查了commons-0.0.2-SNAPSHOT.jar没找到重了或没有）。
